When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During major launches or holiday sales, please allow up to 10 business days for processing before your order ships.
Are ColourPop products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test our products or ingredients on animals. We are also proud to be PETA certified.
What is your return policy?
Due to the affordable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties.
